Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center (MSK) is seeking a passionate and dedicated Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join our exceptional GU Surgery Oncology team at our cutting-edge Basking Ridge regional site. As an GU Surgery APP, you will deliver top-tier, comprehensive care to our patients in an innovative outpatient facility. This role offers the unique opportunity to practice in both a shared visit model and an independent clinical setting, ensuring you can make a significant impact on patient care while advancing your professional skills. Role Overview:
Collaborate Effectively: Work closely with physicians, fellow APPs, and other clinical and healthcare team members to ensure seamless and coordinated patient care.
Provide Comprehensive Care: Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care to GU surgical oncology patients, addressing their medical needs in the ambulatory setting.
Meet Medical Needs: Assess, diagnose, and manage the health concerns of patients, providing top-tier medical care throughout their treatment journey.
Patient Education and Support: Participate in the development and implementation of patient education and clinical support programs to promote optimal care and support across the healthcare continuum.
Key Qualifications:
Graduate from an accredited PA program
NCCPA certification and BLS Certification
Active NYS and NJS license or be qualified for state licensure
2 years of inpatient or outpatient experience in GU
OR
Current New York State (NYS) and New Jersey State NJS RN and NP licenses/registrations
Master’s degree in nursing, prescriptive privileges (or eligibility)
Related National NP certification and BLS certification
2 years of inpatient or outpatient experience in GU
